In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Prohibited uses of the vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Users must adhere to passenger and weight limits, and travel outside designated areas requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
